Because our merchandise are carefully crafted, please refer to the "Ship Out" in the item description to find out how many days it will take for your item to ship from the time you order. This is NOT the time it will take for you to receive your item but the time it takes us to prepare your item to ship.
The estimated time in transit is quoted by the courier. We can not be responsible for any delay after the
merchandise is handed to the courier.
Custom Orders
Custom engraving, coloring can be done upon request to certain items. Please send your request to matsubudogu@gmail.com or use the contact page for quote.
You will not be able to return your merchandise if any custom work has been done.
