NIGIRIKAWA (A) - high quality Deerskin leather nigirikawa for kyudo. The grip leather made with various leather is sold, but deerskin is the most desirable for the leather used in Japan. As a characteristic of the material, flexibility and solidity have flexibility again, and there is distinguished water absorptivity. When most are made with deerskin, and the tool of the kendo thinks about a leather characteristic, it may be said that it is the most suitable leather.
The skin grip of the archery delicately influences it to shoot it. When you grasp the particular surface becomes what is important without slipping when gripping a bow and watching a corner, and to be able to firmly season with "deerskin" is the most desirable for the leather materials, and it is important to use the thing which isn't slippery. In addition, recommended thickness is around 0.8 mm ~ 1.2 mm. Measures: about L 15 in x W 1 in.
