Since u.s. has no budo floor like Japan, the floor is hard as concrete. Been using the KA-2B for so long but, personally needs more cushion for support.
I asked Matsuda sensei who had a different kind of supporter and I asked what kind he had on and said he was using sokutei supporter. He loves this supporter cause it has thicker padding where he needed most. Usually he takes a break in between keiko cause of the foot pain, but since he had the sokutei he doesn't have to take break in between no more.
That made me curious and bought one for myself! I really loved how the sokutei had a thick padding on the arch of the foot. Since it's a thick padding, I don't feel the sharp pain from my foot to my knees!
I would recommend to all kendo-ka who has the same problem.
