Shipping Method (Domestic and International)
  • All orders will be shipped via UPS FedEX for Domestic (USA) shipping and USPS for International shipping. Other shipping methods can be arranged upon request (Additional fees may apply).

  • Typical consumer orders normally will be shipped via UPS or FedEX within 1-2 business days of receipt of order.

Order Status
  • Status of your orders can be viewed by logging into your account.

Returns/Refund
  • Item can be returned within seven (7) days from the date the merchandise is delivered at the location designated as "Shipping Address" at the time of order. The "Delivery Date" is defined as the date delivered shown in the tracking information.

  • All returns are subject to 25% restocking fee.

  • Original shipping fee(s) will not be refunded. The buyer is also responsible for the freight to return the merchandise.

  • If you had any custom work done on your merchandise such as engraving, coloring etc., you will NOT be able to return your merchandise.

  • Please follow the following instructions for returns. If you do not follow the instructions, it will delay your return process or result in your return not getting processed.

  • Return Instruction

    1. Please e-mail your intent to return the merchandise at "info@mazkiya.net".
    2. Include your name, order number, item purchased and if possible, the reason for your return. We would just like to know the reason so we can improve on our product.
    3. We will issue you a RMA# with in 2 business days after receiving your request.
    4. Pack the item carefully to avoid any damage during transit. Be sure to include the copy of the e-mail inside the box when you pack the item. Be sure to insure the item and obtain tracking information.
    5. Please send your item to Mazkiya USA Torrance Store: 20695 South Western Ave., Suite #124,Torrance, CA 90501
    6. Upon receipt of your merchandise, we will process the return and refund the money to you via the method you had used to pay for your merchandise.

Exchange
  • Items can be exchanged within seven (7) days from the date the merchandise is delivered at the location designated as "Shipping Address" at the time of order. The "Delivery Date" is defined as the date delivered shown in the tracking information. Please notify us immediately if any problems are found.

  • Once we are notified, we will work with you to arrange for the best possible method in getting you the correct merchandise.
