The HASEGAWA TSUBA features a beautiful butterfly design on the front, with a plain back. It's more durable than standard plastic tsuba—highly resistant to breakage and built to last for a long time. Available sizes are Medium and Large. The Medium size fits size 36 and 37 women's shinai, while the Large size is suitable for 37 men's, 38 men's & women's, 39 (with 25 or 26 grip), 39 women's shinai. These tsuba are not compatible with koban (oval grip) shinai. To use them with a koban grip, a special tool is required to carve and expand the inner diameter to fit properly.
