The KENDO HITOE GI [TETSUZAN] is a high-quality, single-layer kendo uniform made from 100% cotton, offering a lightweight and comfortable fit ideal for daily practice and competitions. It is especially popular among beginners and college-level students. Please be aware that the kendo gi may shrink by half to one full size after washing, so we recommend selecting one size up. Kindly refer to the size chart to determine your appropriate size.

I got promoted to wear kendo uniform! I was told to get the kendo uniform from Mazkiya USA. Since I canâ€™t stop by during the week do to work, I went over the weekend. Itâ€™s nice to have a shop that is open during the weekend. I got the top and bottom set and since I had time, Mrs. Matsumoto embroidered my name on to the uniform for complementary! Now thatâ€™s a great service!

Perfect for Starter.

This Kendo gi is perfect if you are starter or a beginner in Kendo. Mazkiya USA staff are nice and friendly that they helped me choose my beginner set. It is best to check with your sensei (instructor) first to see if you are eligible to purchase the Kendo Gi and Hakama (uniforms). So they have 2 colors to choose from.

White top + Navy bottom, White top + White bottom, Navy top + navy bottom

Itâ€™s cool to mix and match the color. Since I am a beginner I went with white top + white bottom. It looked really nice and couldnâ€™t wait to go to practice! When I was about to pay for the uniform, Mrs. Matsumoto was sweet enough to add a complementary tenugui and a sports bottle! Thank you, thank you! I will definitely come back when I get promoted to get a bogu set!
